Before and after every studio session the studio is deep cleaned by using disinfectant / isopropyl alcohol and/or steam cleaning.  All blankets and outfits used are washed between portrait sessions. 

• All surfaces that could be touched touched by the client e.g door handles, chairs and surfaces used by the client and all props used, will be sanitised.

• All blankets and outfits used are washed between portrait.

• Photographer will wash hands frequently following government guidelines.

• Providing handwashing facilities for clients with adequate soap and warm water

• Hand sanitiser will be provided for use by client.

Vivienne Court Photography, will operate on one photography session per day, to limit the contact with other clients and to have sufficient time to deep clean the studio in between sessions.

3.1   The clients is to disclose if anyone coming to the session has had a fever or any other symptoms such as coughs, sickness or vomiting or has been in contact with anyone displaying Covid-19 symptoms, suspected of having Covid-19 or has had a Covid-19 positive test result at least 24 hours before their session.

3.2  Please do not attend your sessions if you or anyone in your family group are showing any signs or symptoms of Covid-19.  Sessions will be re-arranged, at no cost.

3.3 The Photographers and clients will be required to monitor their temperatures and health before coming into the studio.

3.4 Disposable masks will be available in the studio and these should be used as deemed necessary and appropriate.  

4. Hand Washing:

4.1  The Photographer will be thoroughly wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds before all sessions.  

4.2  Appropriate sanitising hand gels will be made available and the clients are requested to use these upon arrival at the studio.

4.3  The Client is to maintain personal responsibility for their own hygiene practices inline with the government ‘stay alert’ guidance:

• Washing hands/using hand sanitizer on entry to the building (handwashing facilities are available)

• Washing hands on leaving the studio/ as soon as practicably possible afterwards.

5. Social Distancing:

5.1  The photographer agrees that every effort will be made to keep the 1m+ social distancing advice at all times where possible both in the studio and on location. This includes shaking hands and moving / adjusting hair or clothes.

5.2  Parents may be asked to help move their children and babies as requested by the photographer.

5.3  During the portrait session instructions to the clients will be given from the distance stipulated by and in accordance with the social distancing rules. 

5.4  Due to the restrictions imposed by social distancing, it may not be appropriate to offer usual studio sessions and poses, particularly with regard to newborn and maternity sessions. To carry out these types of sessions where social distancing may not be possible due to safety, a bespoke policy will be put in place between the photographer and their customer.

5.5  Vivienne Court Photography operates an appointment only booking system, to ensure no contact between customers and minimise risk to photographers and staff by ensuring that the measures on this protocol are conveyed to customers before their appointments.

The Photographer will advise customers of the reasonable measures which are to be taken if the 1m+ distance is not feasible and cannot be maintained during their time at the Studio. These measures should include, but are not limited to, masks to be worn by the photographer and clients.

7.1  Vivienne Court Photography acknowledge the Government’s “Working safely during coronavirus Guidance” statement relating to shops and or similar environments issued on 25th May 2020 which states that Photography Studios can be open from the 15th June 2020.
